Refund policy

 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. You are responsible for return shipping costs in this instance.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@nippyluv.com.

Returns:

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return and due to the intimate nature of our products, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, with the protective plastic backing intact.

If the covers have been peeled from the protective plastic backing, the hygiene protection is considered removed and the item is no longer eligible for return or refund for hygiene reasons.

This does not affect your statutory rights in relation to faulty or incorrect items

Hygiene Protection:

To check sizing or shade, we recommend holding the covers against the body while they remain attached to the protective plastic backing. This allows you to check without removing the protective plastic backing

Starting a Return: 

To start a return, please email us at: support@nippyluv.com. If your return is accepted, we'll provide you information on where to send your items. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received, inspected and approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.

If you haven’t received a refund within this time, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company, or bank. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

Shipping:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. You should consider using a trackable shipping service and keep your receipt of postage. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Faulty or incorrect items:

If you receive an item that is faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. In these cases, a full refund or replacement will be offered in accordance with your statutory rights.
